Combined with a 7-speed auto transmission, the elecric motor has a potential of 33 kWh and can be charged conveniently in the regular 220V power outlet. The center console allows the rider to choose from 3 Modes, E-MODE, E-SAVE and CHARGE.

As compared to Tesla Model S, this 2019 Mercedes-Benz EQ A  can rev from 0-60 more than 5 seconds. The Tesla S is lighter and more efficient and needs 2.5 seconds to reach 0-60 mph. The dual electric motor in Tesla is no comparison against the EQ A since it is more energy efficient than the latter.
